I love the lesson in snowflakes, each one unique and so tiny yet all of them together bring a gloriously beautiful white blanket to any landscape. As desert residents who only see snow when we drive hours away, we figured we would instead bring the snow to ourselves, or snowflakes at least. We found this awesome website that has 12 different snowflake templates that make it so easy and fun for each of the ages in our homeschool (7yrs – 11yrs). We each made a handful and then hung them all over our room’s ceiling. This would also be super fun to do in a dining room so you can have candlelit dinner under snowfall! Thank you, First Palette, for making this project so simple and yet beautiful!
